I just finished reading "Focus: The Future of Your Company Depends on It" by Al Ries. I read it because Andy Stanley talked about his leadership team studying the book for 12 months and he highly recommended it. It is a good book on what focus is and how to stay focused. It first came out in 1997 but was reprinted in 2005.
