Experiencing God - Week 11, Day 3

The memory verse for this week is 1 John 1:7, "If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin."

The most meaningful part of today's study was - as you experience koinonia with other groups of God's people, you experience greater dimensions of God's presence at work in your world.  This is such confirmation of what we have been working on as we move forward into where God is leading us.  As we have been talking about the five areas we are focusing on we have been seeking to hear what organization's God is leading us to partner with to the break the cycle of poverty in Westmoreland County and to have a very real presence in every community in Westmoreland County.  We know that we cannot do this alone and that we are a part of the bigger body of Christ.  I am very excited about working with other Christians to see the Kingdom come and God's will be done all over Westmoreland County!
